PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous processing of sealing of edge parts and corner parts without using an exclusive corner part sealing material, by a method wherein after a sealing material is stacked each other and is temporally held by a press jig, it is pressed and tightened and heated, and the sealing material is welded to the panel in a body. CONSTITUTION:Sealing materials 2, 2 are stacked at the corner part A of the heat exchanging pannel 1, and triangular bag type bodies 3 of a press jig are covered at the corner parts A. This bag type bodies 3 are made of sheet, anti-heat textile or bonded textile and, furthermore, metal foil or metal net etc. having heat resistance which will not melt while next press and heating, and two sides 3a, 3b of triangular breadth folded in two are closed by adhesion or stitching, and remained one side 3c is opened. Next, when the heat exchange pannel 1 is pressed and heated between a pair of heat plates 4, 4, seal material 2 is melted and welded to the edge part of the pannel 1 in a body, especially at the corner part A of the pannels, stacked seal materials 2, 2 are welded at the condition being restrained by bag type bodies, so the sealing properties are improved. Thus, the productivity is improved and the heat deterioration of resin is prevented and the reliability can be improved.
