PURPOSE:To get a diaphragm which is scarcely deformed and has a small shape error by hot forming a prepreg that is made of a texture as a base material which consists of wraps arrayed along with a diameter and wefts arrayed along with a circumference and also has a definite number in the total number of drives per unit length of each wrap and weft at any portion. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 1 has a definite surface density at any portion and has a definite number in a toal of drives per unit length of the wrap 1a and the weft 1b. For example, a plain weaved texture made of a carbon fiber of 3,000 filament cutting in a circle with an inside diameter of 3.25cm and with an outer diameter of 15cm is used for as the wrap 1a arrayed along with a diameter and as the weft 1b arrayed along with a circumference. And an inside diameter portion A consists of 8 drives/cm of the wrap 1a and 2 drives/cm of the weft 1b. Also an outer diameter portion consists of 2 drives/cm of the wrap 1a and 8 drives/cm of the weft 1b. It is assumed that the surface density of the portion A and B including an epoxy resin 1c has 200/m<2> each. |
