PURPOSE:To improve heat efficiency and permit the high temperature of a roaster by a method wherein a radiation body heated is formed with a porous body and is carried oxidizing catalyzer while exhaust is discharged only through air holes thereof. CONSTITUTION:The radiation body 10 like ceramic is formed with inorganic material of heat-resistance and is carried the oxidizing catalyzer forming many air holes 15. It is provided between the main body 8 and an exhaust port in almost airtight against a roasting net 8 at the upper portion thereof so that the gas of the combustion exhaust gas or the like may reach to an exhaust port 16 only through the air holes 15. The radiation body 10 receives the heat of the both burners and the heat exhaust gas passes through the air holes, therefore, the temperature thereof rises suddenly and the radiating heat is discharged. The temperature in the circumference of fishes 18 becomes high by the temperature of the roaster inside and the heat from the lower burner 9, then, oily gas and smoke are generated in the roaster. These smokes are burnt by contacting for the radiation body 10 and are oxidized by the oxidizing catalyzer, thereafter, they become CO2 and H2O. Accordingly, the radiation body 10 becomes more high temperature and it may be reached till the inside of the fishes and finished to be roasted effectively. |
