PURPOSE:To execute storage and read-out at a high speed by synthesizing an analog video signal, and also decoding a digital information signal from said signal. CONSTITUTION:An external storage device 11 nputs and stores an analog video signal, and also reads out and outputs a stored signal. An information processor 12 has a key input part 13 and a video signal encoding and decoding part 14. An encoder 23 synthesizes an analog video signal to which an information signal has been encoded, and outputs it to an output terminal 17. The analog video signal which is inputted to an input terminal 16 is stored in a storage device 22 through an A/D converting circuit 20. When an ID data of a signal stored in the device 22 coincides with a file name which is inputted from the key input part 13, the signal stored in the device 22 is transferred to a storage device 27.
