PURPOSE:To keep a constant gap between an insulator and an electric discharge part of a core wire without using adhesive by setting a ring between the discharge part of the core wire and the insulator in such a way that the core wire is placed with spring force to keep a constant gap. CONSTITUTION:Spring 3 is fixed by a fixing ring 4 such as speed nut etc. at the lower end of heat resisting and electric insulating insulator 2 in such a way that a core wire 1 passing through an insulator 2 always contacts with the insulator and is stretched out straight. At the upper end of the insulator 2 a convex part 7 guiding the core wire 1 is formed in one body. A cylindrical ring 5 inserted in the convex part 7 of the insulator 2 is also put in a concave part 6a of circular discharge part 6 attached to upper end of the core wire 1. The ring 5 contacts with discharge part 6 and the insulator 2 by the spring force of the wire 1 given by the spring 3 and keeps a constant gap between the insulator 2 and the part 6. Therefore, it is not necessary to use adhesive. |
