PURPOSE:To execute efficiently an input by superposing and placing a fluoroscopy possible keyboard on a display surface, and changing freely a position and an arrangement of a key. CONSTITUTION:A display device 1 is formed by an upper glass 14, a lower glass 15, an upper polarizing plate 16, and a reflecting plate 17 provided with a polarizing plate, also a spacer 13 is interposed between upper and lower transparent films, 11, 12 of a transparent keyboard 4, and transparent electrodes X1-X4, Y1-Y4 for an input are brought to wiring. This keyboard 4 and the display device 1 are stuck by the lower face of the lower transparent film 12 and the upper part of the upper polarizing plate 16 and formed as one body. In this state, in accordance with a key function of the transparent keyboard 4, a key pattern is displayed on the display device 1, and by depressing it, a key input can be executed. Also, by changing freely a position and an arrangement of this key pattern, an input conforming with a use state can be executed as a key function corresponding to said change.
