PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of operating efficiency of the system by preventing the increase of pressure loss due to temperature rise of water in the low-pressure side of a heat collecting circuit by a method wherein a pressure reducing device is arranged in an unit having the heat collecting circuit and hot-water heating circuit while a flash gas separator, having has returning pipes for the suction pipes of first and second compressors, is arranged immediately after the outlet port of pressure reducing device of the unit. CONSTITUTION:Liquefied refrigerant, whose heat of condensation is deprived, flows into the flash gas separator 11 through the pressure reducing device 7. Here, the gas refrigerant returns into the section side of the compressor through first flow control valve 12, arranged on first gas returning pipe 14, and second flow control valve 13, arranged in second gas returning pipe 15. The first flow control valve 12 controls the flow amount of returning gas by the high pressure of the heat collecting circuit while the second flow control valve 13 detects the suction temperature of the compressor by the temperature-sensing tube 17 thereof and effects so as to increase the opening degree thereof to increase the flow amount of returning gas when the suction temperature is high and deccrease the opening degree thereof when the suction temperature is reduced.
