PURPOSE:To obtain a sandwich-form molded product excellent in appearance at high cycle by press molding plasticized molten thermoplastic resin supplied into between the sheet like member or preliminarily shaped member with opening and a bottom force, while moving the top force or/and the bottom force. CONSTITUTION:Plasticized molten thermoplastic resin is supplied into between a bottom force and a sheet like member or a preliminarily shaped member with openings from a feeding inlet 7, and while lowering an upper platen during resin feeding or immediately after the resin feeding, the molten resin is pressed by a top force 2 and the bottom force 4. Molten resin reaches the opposite surface of the sheet like member or the preliminarily shaped member through openings 22. Thereby, a shaped molded product becomes the sandwich-shaped product 32 having resin members 31, 31' on both surface with the openings 22 of the sheet like member intervening therebetween. |
