The mould device consists of the lower mould(1) having a depression part(1'), the medium mould(2) having an opened part and the upper mould(3) havng a prominence part(3'). An assembly part(4') of the mould device is formed on the inner circumferential plane of an opened part(2'). These three moulds (1)(2)(3) are connected by hinges(5)(5'). A clip apparatus(7) having a lever(7') is established on the one side of the lower mould(1). The lower layer in the soles of shoes is made of polyurethane. The material of the plate between the lower and upper layers of the soles is made of synthetic resin films.
