Binders based on thermoplastic resins, intended for agglomerating or adhesively bonding mineral, vegetable and/or synthetic aggregates or substances. The binder is obtained by adding inorganic additives to one or a number of thermoplastic resins, whose effect is to increase the physical performance of the resins, in particular the wettability and the bonding. The product according to the invention is more particularly employed in the building industry and in public works.
