PURPOSE:To obtain beautiful color, complicating the refraction, reflection and scattering of light by providing the reinforcement layer having the pattern due to colored narrow pieces mixed preliminarily into the thermosetting resin to be sprayed, when the bath tub made of reinforcement plastic is molded. CONSTITUTION:The gel-coat resin made of unsaturated polyester resin is sprayed on the surface of a mold 2 and is cured, whereby transparent gel-coat is molded. Next, the transparent unsaturated polyester resin 5 containing colored narrow pieces 4 is sprayed in atomized state from a spray nozzle 6, and simultaneously the chopped strand 7 of glass fiber is blown off from another second nozzle 8 by the air sent from an air compressor. Both materials come into collision in air and are mixed, and then it is sprayed on the gel-coat surface. The glass fiber 7 and polyester resin 5 sprayed on the gel-coat surface and deposited thereon, become a reinforcement layer 9, Then, the rigid layer 10 composed of ready-mixed concrete or glass reinforcement plastic is laminated thereon, whereby the reinforcement layer with pattern may be effectively molded. |
