PURPOSE:To improve the control characteristic by stacking a plurality of piezoelectric board elements while sandwitching electrodes then arranging a detecting piezoelectric element while forming a portion of said piezoelectric element group and enabling detection of distortion produced by the piezoelectric element group through said detecting element.
