PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of stress erosion crack by forming the padded part by a welding rod having a low content of carbon onto the stainless- steel which forms the contact surface of a sealing ring. CONSTITUTION:A bonnet 2 is pressed onto a valve box 1 through a sealing ring 3 by the pressure of the internal fluid sealed into the valve box 1. At this time, the sealing ring 3 bites into a stainless-steel padded part 1' on the valve box 1 side and a stainless-steel padded part 2' on the bonnet 2 side, and seals the internal fluid, preventing the leak outside. A stainless-steel welding rod is made of 22Cr-12Ni-2Mo with a low carbon content, and the deposition amount of delta-ferrite in welded metal is increased, and the degree of sensitivity of the stainless-steel padded part is reduced. |
