PURPOSE:To provide the titled coupling agent for the surface-treatment of filler of a composite resin, by polymerizing an organic Ti compound in the presence of a radical polymerization initiation agent, and using the polymer as an active component. CONSTITUTION:An organic Ti compound of formula (OCOR' is unhydrolyzable group; R' is 1-24C alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl or their substituted group, OR is hydrolyzable group; R is 1-5C alkyl; X is carboxylic acid residue having addition-polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond; 1<=n<=3, 1<=l<=3; l+m+n=4) is polymerized in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator (preferably 0.1-2wt% acetyl peroxide, etc. based on the organic Ti compound), and the obtained polymer is used as an active component of the objective coupling agent. USE:The physical properties of a filled resin can be improved without lowering the moldability.
