PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable for bonding mortar, etc., having a long pot life, obtained by blending a mixture of a specific synthetic resin emulsion and an ionomer type urethane resin as a main agent with a curing agent consisting of an isocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (A) a synthetic resin emulsion having acetoacetylated polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid and (B) an ionomer type urethane resin as a main agent is blended with (C) an isocyanate compound (preferably containing two or more NCO groups in the molecule) as a curing agent, to give the aimed composition. Preferably the amount of the component B used is 5-50wt% based on the component A, and the amount of the component C used is 1-50wt% based on the main agent.
