PURPOSE:To produce the titled coating material having antifogging property near the inner surface of the coating agent and excellent durability of the anticlouding property, and suitable for the cultivation of useful plants, by compounding a specific fluorine-containing compound with an antifogging agent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.(wt.) of a synthetic resin (e.g. polyvinyl chloride) is mixed with (A) 0.01-2pts., preferably 0.02-1pt. of the fluorine-containing compound of formula I and/or formula II (Rf is 4-20C polyfluoroalkyl; R is H, 1-10C alkyl, etc.; n and m are 1-20) and (B) 1-5pts., preferably 1.5-3.5pts. of an antifogging agent other than the component A (e.g. nonionic surfactant) and the mixture is formed in the foam of a film.
