<p>PURPOSE:To make the takeout of each polar plate extremely easy in a period of the exchange and the washing thereof by constituting a dust collecting unit so that plural positive and negative electrodes are assembled and held in one body via a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting unit 38 is constituted of plural sheets of positive and negative polar plates 93-95 which are alternately arranged in a parallel state respectively along the air current and the respective polar plates 93-95 are assembled and held in one body via a connecting member 106 so that the mutual interval is made equal and also enabled to take out for a supporting frame body 36. When dust is stuck on the respective positive polar plates 93, 94 of the dust collecting unit 38 due to the use in a long period, a main body cover is taken off and the supporting frame body 36 is slid to take out it from a frame and the dust collecting unit 38 is drawn out to exchange and wash the positive polar plates. In such a way, the takeout of respective polar plates is made extremely easy at the time of exchange and washing.</p> |
