PURPOSE:To improve a utilization rate of exhaust heat energy and enable early rising of a system, by a method wherein exhaust heat energy and saturated steam after heat exchange are stored in a heat accumulating tank, and a power generated by a steam turbine generator driven by the stored heat energy is converted into a direct current through an A/D converting device after genera tion to charge a battery by means of the power. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust heat energy 1 is absorbed by a heat collecting device 2, and heat-exchanged with water with the aid of a heat exchanger 4 to generate saturated steam. The saturated steam is stored in a heat accumulating tank 11. When exhaust heat energy is stopped for a long time, a steam turbine 12 is driven by means of the accumulated heat energy, a power generated by a syncronous generator 13 is converted into a direct current with the aid of an A/D converting device 18 to charge a battery device 20 for accumulation. This improves a utilization rate of exhaust heat energy and permits early rising of a system. |
