Non-bleeding dispersed compsns., which are useful in dispersing peroxide vulcanizing agent or its additive in rubber or plastic material, consist of (I) 20 - 70 wt.% peroxide vulcanizing agent and (II) multi-stage grafted copolymer of (1) 70 - 90 wt.% hard component and (2) 10 - 30 wt.% elastic component. (1) is prepd. by polymerizing monomers of lower alkylmethacrylate, styrene, or their mixt. in the presence of an effective amt. of crosslinking agent. (2) is prepd. by polylmerizing at least one monomer of butadiene-lower alkyl acrylate with styrene-butadiene or acrylonitrile-butadiene monomer.
