PRODUCTION OF TRANSFER SHEET FOR MAKING SYNTHETIC LEATHER

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled transfer sheet capable of providing synthetic leather showing matte effect of mild feeling, by transferring a pattern of sculpture cylinder made by electronic carving by HERIOKURISHOGURAFU method to a releasable face of release sheet substrate under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A sculpture pattern such as an electronic sculpture cylinder having reproduced faithfully original paper by HERIOKURISHOGURAFU method using reflected manuscript of black and white continuous tone of color decomposition or black and white transmitted manuscript as the original paper is transferred under heating and pressure to the face of the resin layer 3 of the release sheet substrate 1 consisting of the substrate sheet 2 and the releasable resin layer 3, to give the transfer sheet 4 for producing synthetic leather having the inverted sculpture pattern consisting of the part 6 showing a mirror face and the part 8 forming gathering of the very small pyramids 7 lessening towards the outside. The surface of synthetic leather obtained by using this sheet is provided with a great number of dent groups and pattern with matter effect of mild feeling is obtained.
