PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor, formed in light weight further with a vane smoothly sliding, for a vane compressor, by combining a hollow cylindrical rotor main unit together with both side plates subsequently inserting vane groove members, separately formed in a U-shape, to be integrally connected with the rotor main unit. CONSTITUTION:A rotor main unit 10, obtained by cutting a steel pipe, is divided into four parts, and the rotor main unit 10 is combined from both sides of its axial direction with side plates 20, 30. Next are rotor main unit 10, inserting into a gap between its four divided parts a vane groove member 60 separately formed in a U-shape, forms a rotor assembly structure. A rotor, forming its inside in hollow construction, decreases the weight, while the rotor, forming the vane groove member 60 by a separate member from the rotor main unit 10, can select a material suitable for a vane to smoothly slide. |
