PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of wrong operation, by a method wherein a lockout device is situated to the auxiliary emergency stop oil line of a thrust protecting device to permit a test during operation of a turbine, and a testing device, a reset device, and the lockout device are controlled through one control shaft. CONSTITUTION:A test unit 11, a reset device 12, and a lockout device 13 are integrally mounted to a test unit 10 of a thrust protecting device 1 of a turbine, and are controlled by eccentric cams 15-17 attached to a control shaft 14 provided at its upper part with hydraulic selector valves 1'-13'. An oil pressure passing through the testing device 11 is input to a control part driving device 6 through an oil pressure pipe 19, and auxiliary starting oil pressure passing through the reset unit 12 is input to the reset side of an indicating unit 5 through an oil pressure pipe 20, and an auxiliary starting oil pressure passing through the lockout device 13 is input to the lock side of the indicating unit 5 through an oil pressure pipe 21. During test, the control shaft 14 may be gradually rotated. |
