PURPOSE:To eliminate the installation error in the manual installation of a mechanical switch by installing a mechanism for driving the mechanical switch in the vertical direction and installing said mechanism onto a main shaft, thus providing the automatic positioning function. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical switch 3 and a feeding device 9 constitute one device, and a driving mechanism for driving the mechanical switch 3 in the vertical direction is installed on a main shaft 1 side. When a workpiece 6 is to be automatically positioned, a working electrode 8 is demounted, and then the mechanical switch 3 is lowered to a certain position and fixed, and then the main shaft 1 is lowered until the contact shaft 7 of the mechanical switch 3 contacts with the workpiece 6 and transmits a detection signal. |
