PURPOSE:To prevent the rise of oil temperature by collecting lubricating oil into a chain case by drive of a chain and installing an oil reservoir chamber equipped with an effluence part for the effluence of lubricating oil in the lower part, thus reducing the amount of lubricating oil which is stirred. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device lubricates a chain 64 for transmitting the power transmitted to the first output shaft 3 to the second output shaft 5, and an oil reseroir chamber 720 is formed onto the outer peripheries of a front-side link case 72, plate 722, and a cylindrical boss part 721. Said plate 722 has a lubricating-oil inflow port 722A which is largely opened upwardly, shaft installation hole 722B at the inner peripheral position of a cylindrical boss part 721 having the second output shaft 5 arranged, and an effluence part 722C at the lower edge. The oil which reaches the lubricating-oil inflow and effluence port 722A which is wound-up by the chain 64 flows into the oil reservoir chamber 720 and reserved. Therefore, the amount of the oil in the chain chamber 720A is reduced.
