PURPOSE:The mRNA which is produced in the process where malignant myeloma cells are differentiated into monocytic cells by the stimulation of an external differentiation inducer is separated and a DNA complementary to the mRNA is prepared to produce a DNA coding for the DNA product. CONSTITUTION:The mRNA which is generated in the process where malinant myeloma cells are differentiated into monocyte cells by the stimulation with an external differentiation inducer is isolated to prepare a DNA complementary to the mRNA. The base sequence of the DNA codes for the aminoacid sequence of the formula and can produce a polypeptide which would be produced by the malignant myeloma cells, when the DNA is connected to a vector DNA and introduced into an appropriate microorganism. The polypeptide induces the differentiation of cancer cells and other malignant myeloma cells. |
