PURPOSE:To convert stably frequency with less electric power consumption by connecting directly the collector of a collector grounding-type oscillator circuit to the emitter of a mixer transistor, inputting a high frequency signal to the base of the mixer transistor and outputting an IF signal from the collector. CONSTITUTION:The collector of a transistor (TR)1 for comprising the collector grounding-type oscillator circuit is directly connected to the emitter of a mixer TR14 in terms of a direct current and high frequency. The oscillation output of the TR1 is inputted to the emitter of the TR14, while to the base of the TR14 are a high frequency signal inputted. Accordingly the base of the TR14 becomes a grounding impedance with respect to the IF. Moreover an LPF22 is connected to the collector of the TR14, and the signal of the LPF22 outputs the IF signal from a terminal 27.
