摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic flowmeter detector easy to obtain assembling accuracy and symmetricalness and easy in the approach of the interval distance between a magnetic flux generation parts, by receiving a detector main body equipped with a pair of electrodes and a pair of magnetic flux generation parts in split outer housings. CONSTITUTION:This flangeless electromagnetic flowmeter detector is constituted by completing total assembling such that a detector main body 20 completed by assembling electrodes 20 and magnetic flux generation parts 25 is received in an outer housing having a two-splittable structure. In the assembling stage of the detector main body 20, the mounting of each part is performed by the work in an open space and not only assembling work is easy but also the confirmation of the symmetricalness to the measuring pipes 21 of a pair of the upper and lower magnetic flux generation parts 25 can be certainly performed. By constituting the magnetic flux generation parts 25 from such a structure that each of them is mounted by closely contacting the leading end of a core 27 with the outer surface of the measuring pipe 21, the approach of the interval between the upper and lower magnetic generation parts is obtained. Because the magnetic flux generation parts 25 are clamped to the measuring tube 21 by a screw, the gap between a mount screw and a screw hole can be utilized as a correction stand for positional adjustment. By this method, the symmetricalness of the upper and lower magnetic flux generation parts is easily obtained.
