<p>PURPOSE:To improve the stability with respect to a temperature change and a change with the lapse of time, to shorten the access time and to prevent a noise from mixing at a start made by constituting the overall data strobe circuit of a logical circuit and operating completely the circuit without adjustment. CONSTITUTION:The edge detecting circuit 1 of the data strobe circuit detects a change in the level of a data signal input, and the edge pulse having width covering from the leading edge of a clock after the changing point of the level to that of a next clock is outputted. This pulse is applied to the reset terminal of an n-notation counter 6 for counting a clock from an oscillator circuit 5, and the counter 6 is reset and outputs a strobe signal. A clock from the circuit 5 is applied to the detecting circuit 1 and a delay circuit 7 with the data signal input as an input, and the circuit 7 generates data output. The entire detecting circuit 1 is constituted of D-type FFs8 and 9 and an exclusive OR gate 10, and can be completely operated without adjustment.</p> |
