<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a high-order CPU to use it for another processing and diversify an audio response unit by providing a low-order CPU for the high-order CPU and transmitting information required for automatic call from the high-order CPU to the lower CPU at the call time. CONSTITUTION:Plural automatic calling devices ACEs 2 are connected to an exchange 4 through a bothway trunk BWT 3, and ACEs 2 are connected collec tively to a low-order CPU5. A DMA6 is connected between the low-order CPU5 and a high-order CPU1 to constitute the audio response unit. When the audio response unit calls each ACE2, information required for automatic call is trans mitted from the high-order CPU1 to the low-order CPU5. The ACE2 is called by the low-order CPU5 which receives this information; and thus, the load of the high-order CPU1 is reduced to use the high-order CPU1 for another processing, and the audio response unit is diversified.</p> |
