摘要 Method used in making a cast-in-situ concrete pile subjected to bending stress, during which an asymmetric reinforcing cage is lowered into the sunk casing tube, in which method the reinforcing cage (4) consists of a symmetric basic reinforcement (5, 6) and of an asymmetric secondary reinforcement (7) which is designed for a predetermined maximum torsion-angle range (ss) of between 10 and 20 DEG and extends over a sector angle ( alpha ) of between 90 and 150 DEG , which is divided into two equal sector halves alpha /2 by its angle bisector (y'), in which a measuring tube (8) is arranged at the periphery but within the secondary reinforcement (7), which measuring tube (8) is connected to the secondary reinforcement (7), runs rectilinearly in a longitudinally axial manner before the lowering and rotates about the centre axis (z) of the pile (1) together with the reinforcing cage (4) under the action of the torsion forces caused by the placing of the concrete and exerted on the reinforcing cage (4), and the torsional position (actual position) of the measuring tube (8) relative to the initial position (desired position) is detected by means of an inclinometer probe during and after the concreting and after the intermediate extraction and the final extraction of the casing tube, and it is established by analysis whether the torsion lies within the predetermined maximum torsion-angle range (ss) or whether, if this range is exceeded, the permissible bearing-capacity decrease likewise predetermined for this exceptional case ... within the intended permissible ...
