PURPOSE:To handle data base universally by providing a device relating to mapping and a device relating to leading out anew as the content of object described in world model etc. CONSTITUTION:A retrieval command ( I ) is prepared for a question ''what is the name of a student who lives in San Francisco SF and takes lectures on computer science CS'', and inputs this to a converting section 4. The converting section 4 generates an inquiry command (II) to data base in procedure of conversion of object of retrieval (a), conversion of condition (b) preparation of retrieval field (c), preparation of a retrieval table (d) and preparation of condition field (e). That is, for ''GET...: name'' in retrieval command in the expression I, the value of ''name attribute'' of ''STUDENT'' makes conversion of object of retrieval by executing ''GET'' and later which is mapping (dollar STORAGE). When converting (b) condition, conversion is made using means relating to mapping on WHERE and later in the retrieval command. |
