PURPOSE:To ensure a stable electromagnetic characteristic and to improve magnetic efficiency by forming a window part including a sloping side at the center of a core and inserting with adhesion a core wound by a coil to the sloping surface of said window part. CONSTITUTION:A rod core 6a is adhered by the solder glass, etc. at the opened upper and lower ends of a window part 4c of the 1st core 4a. A sloping surface coincident with the sloping surface of the part 4c is formed at an end part of an area between a sloping side of the part 4c and the core 6a. Then the 2nd core 8a wound by a coil 2a is inserted and adhered to said sloping surface in the form of a wedge. Such a core is adhered symmetrically via cores 6a and 6b in a body with another core of the same form consisting of cores 4b, 6b and 8b. The adhesion properties are improved since the core 8a is adhered with a slope between both cores 4a and 6a. This can improve the electromagnetic characteristics. |
