To avoid play in joints (16, 17) for accurately guided but exposed connecting rods (9), the joints (16, 17) have hitherto frequently been lined with bushes. This had the disadvantage of complicated manufacture, maintenance of tolerances for the bearing bush and the requirement for lubrication and sealing. In addition, there was no guarantee that play would not arise. The play compensation now provided is achieved by means of a compression spring (10, 11) which presses against the outside of the joint bearing (7, 8) and thus presses the articulated lever (5, 6) with non-positive engagement against the joint pin (14, 15). Even high wear in the joint (7, 8) is thus compensated with an almost unchanged position of the articulated levers (5, 6) relative to one another. <IMAGE>
