PURPOSE:To obtain a color photographic sensitive material having an energy saving type light reflecting layer by forming a light reflecting org. polymer layer not contg. a light reflecting pigment on a support, between the support and a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer or between the support and an image receiving layer. CONSTITUTION:A light reflecting org. polymer layer not contg. a light reflecting pigment such as TiO2 is formed on a support of polyester or the like, between the support and a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer or between the support and an image receiving layer by mixing hollow latex particles of styrene, (meth)acrylic ester or the like with an aqueous gelatin soln. and applying the mixture. When a light reflecting pigment such as TiO2 is used, the photochemical activity of the pigment accelerates the fading of a formed image by light, and high energy is required to disperse uniformly TiO2. By this method a superior color photographic sensitive material having an energy saving type light reflecting layer is obtd. |
