The invention relates to a supporting scaffolding having sections, in particular of aluminium, arranged in parallel vertical planes at a distance from one another, which sections have in the longitudinal direction at least one laterally outwardly opened cavity groove, which laterally receives with play a plastic sheet or panel, the plastic sheet or panel being provided on the upper side and/or underside of both lateral edges with a plastic web, which is firmly bonded by solution welding or by some other suitable form of adhesion and the profile of which is adapted to the cross-section of the cavity groove and is arranged with play with respect to the inside walls of the cavity groove.
