摘要 The invention is employed for driving the screws of twin-screw extruders for plastics processing in the same or in opposite directions. The aim of the invention, to reduce the manufacturing outlay for and costs of a gearing of the above type, gives rise to the object of creating a gearing of kinematically simple construction with a small number of gearing elements. The solution according to the invention envisages arranging three shafts with three gears in the form of an equilateral triangle in a gear case. All the gears have the same number of teeth and the same module. Two of the gears are of identical design. An addendum modification deviating from zero ensures that there are only two tooth engagements between the gears. The gear case can be mounted by means of the shaft stubs on two shafts of a reduction gear unit and arranged so as to be relocatable by an angle of 120 DEG to perform the change in the direction of rotation of the output shafts. <IMAGE>
