PURPOSE:To apply optimum water supply control by using an on-line operation control device applying operation based on a prescribed distributed water pipe network calculation method so as to attain an on-line optimum solution operation and distributed pressure point control by an optional control period. CONSTITUTION:A pipe network calculation operating device 1 collects an actual flow Qmn from each adjusting section of each distribution water section 5, fetches a pipe network condition data DATAi of each water distribution section at a processing period N (e.g., N=20min) and calculates all the optimum secondary pressure or the optimum terminal pressure Pmn of each adjusting section of each water distribution section 5 by the on-line tube network calculation and transmits the result to a pressure point controller 2. The pressure point controller 2 uses said period N, uses the transmitted maximum pressure Pmn as an output value so as to apply pressure point control of each adjusting section of each water distribution section 5 via data way 3 and a TM/TC (remote supervisory and controller) controller 4.
