摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost and compact high voltage power supply device by providing a means shifting the phase of an output of a positive and negative secondary high voltage output means by a half period so as to control the intensity of output according to a prescribed frequency to the primary side of a boosting means. CONSTITUTION:An output of an AC oscillator 26 is inverted via an inverse amplifier comprising resistors 12, 13 and an operational amplifier 25B. Thus, a signal inputted to pulse width modulation circuits 27A, 27B is shifted for the phase by a half period. Since the phase of the input signal to the circuits 27A, 27B is shifted by 180 deg. in this way, a waveform 71 measuring an output of the transformer 14A after rectification across a capacitor 16A and a waveform 72 from an output of the transformer 14B after rectification across a capacitor 16B are obtained respectively at resistors 17A, 17B. Since the resistors 17A, 17B are connected in series, the synthesized output waveform 73 is obtained at a terminal 34 and the waveform voltage is fed to the load 18.
