<p>PURPOSE:The titled cDNA that has a specific base sequence and is specifically generated with cancer cells, thus being suitable for use in diagnosis of cancers or treatment for cancers by stopping its generation with an antimessenger. CONSTITUTION:The objective DNA has the base sequence represented by the formula. For example, it is obtained by following steps: the synthesis of a single- strand cDNA with a mRNA separated from cancer cells and a reverse transcriptase and the synthetis of a double-strand DNA from the cDNA. The DNA is recombined with a plasmid vector and introduced into a host such as Escherichea coli to effect transformation. The transformed strain is screened using cancer cell prove and normal cell prove to select the strain containing the carcinospecific DNA. Then, the host is cultured and the plasmid containing the objective cDNA is isolated from cell bodies, then, the objective cloned DNA is fragmented from the plasmid.</p> |
