PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of offset phenomenon and shorten time until starting by providing a primer layer outside of a layer of elastic body that covers a roller core and using a roller having the surface of the primer layer covered with mold releasing resin layer by extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A heat source 12 such as a quartz tube heater etc. is provided inside of a roller core 11 made of, for instance, copper, aluminium etc. A heating roller 10 having a mold releasing resin layer 14 formed by extrusion covering of non-adherent thermoplastic resin is provided on outer peripheral face of the roller core 11 through a primer layer 13. A layer of elastic body 18 made of elastic material such as silicone rubber etc. is provided on outer peripheral face of a metallic roller core 17. Further, a pressure roller 16 having a mold releasing resin layer 20 formed by extrusion covering of non-adherent thermoplastic resin is supported through a primer layer 19 in the state of pressure contact and rotated. The roller 10 is heated by the heat source 12 during operation. Thus, a clear, lusterless copy can be obtained preventing occurrence of offset phenomenon, and time until starting can be shortened. |
