PURPOSE:To carry out the frying of a silk-strained bean curd, saving the manual operation and preventing the collapse of easily collapsible silk-strained bean curd, hygienically, by cutting a bean curd to a prescribed size, draining with a pair of water-absorbing cloth belts placed oppositely above and below and running synchronously, and frying the drained bean curd in an oil. CONSTITUTION:A silk-strained bean curd is cut to a size suitable for frying with a longitudinal edge 2a and a transversal edge 2b in the cutting and separating step 2 connected to the delivery end of the soya milk coagulation step. The cut bean curd is dehydrated and drained in the draining step 3 with the net conveyor 3c, the water-absorbing cloth belts 3d, 3e and dehydration rolls 3f, 3f. The drained bean curd is thrown into hot oil in a pan in the oil frying step 4, and the fried bean curd is taken out of the pan. |
