PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of paper jamming by attaching a weighting member, which touches on the top layer paper sheet, to a supporting member to make the weighting member possible to descent corresponding to decreasing of laminated paper thickness, that is by pressing the paper sheets with a stable force to the bottom face of a container even in case of a few paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:A paper weighting board 16 is touching on the top layer blank form sheet 9 with its self weight just above a perforated belt 22 of a vacuum transport 20, when conveying the blank form sheet 9, and the force adding the weight corresponding to the thickness of the laminated paper sheets 9 and the weight of paper weighting board 16 is applied to the lowest layer paper sheet 9, therefore a force applied to the lowest layer paper sheet does not become zero, and degree of change becomes small compared with the usual, and even if a few sheets are remained after the thickness of laminated paper is decreased, the blank form sheet 9 in a paper set tray 1 is maintained in a stable condition. Accordingly, jamming does not occur owing to the fact that a blank form sheet 9 is caught by the flying manifold 29, or the blank form sheet is not broken, and paper feeding is performed smoothly and securely.
