PURPOSE:To receive various telephone services such as seat service, data bank service, etc. without replacing a subscriber's telephone set with a PB telephone set, by providing a PB signal sending-out means for sending out a push-button signal, and a switching means for switching a dial pulse sending-out means to the PB signal sending-out means by output information from said PB signal sending-out means. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when a subscriber who desires to receive seat service executes an off-hook of a telephone set and turns a dial, a train to a service system 4 is set through a local switch A2 and a local switch B3, and the service system sends back the second dial tone DT2. When the telephone set 1 detects the dial tone DT2, and service numbers N1, N2...Nn corresponding to a classification of service are depressed by using a push-button dial (PB button), switching is executed in the inside so that the PB signal is sent out as a dial signal, and the PB signal is sent out to a subscriber's line.
