PURPOSE:To avoid the outflowing of liquefied gas to outside and at the same time prevent the gas from being lost by a method wherein the liquefied gas is filled in a container by immersing the container in the liquefied gas kept cool at the liquid state keeping temperature of the gas. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied gas tank 6 is a liquid tank, which is made of good heat conductive material such as copper or the like and on the top surface of which a narrow opening 6' is provided. Cooling plates 11 are joined onto the outer peripheral surface of the tank 6 in order to keep cool the liquefied gas 12 in the tank 6 at the liquid state keeping temperature of the gas. The chain 8 of a conveying device 2 runs in circulation from an orientating device 1 to a delivery device 3. During the forward stroke, the chain 8 is guided through the opening 6' into the liquefied gas tank 6 so as to immerse containers A hung from the chain 8 in the liquefied gas 12. The bent part of an L- shaped arm 14 protrudedly provided near the opening 6' abuts against the end edge (a') of the opening (a) of the container A pulled up by the chain 8 so as to incline the container A at a certain angle by relatively pushing down the end edge (a') together with the upward movement of the chain 8. Consequently, some portion of the liquefied gas filled in the container A flows out of the container A, resulting in remaining the predetermined amount of the liquefied gas in the container A. |
