PURPOSE:To accelerate the follow-up to the change of the interference between cross polarized waves by applying a direct method not the method of perturbation to control the compensation of the interference between the cross polarized waves. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd detecting circuits 6 and 7 have two wave detectors for detection of (x) and (y) components respectively. Then Xa and Xb and Ya and Yb of vectors A and B are applied to differential amplifiers 8-1 and 8-2 of a control circuit 8. The degree of attenuation of variable attenuators 8-3 and 8-4 is controlled respectively by the output of both differential amplifiers. While a horizontal polarized wave is divided into two waves having phases different by 90 deg. from each other by a 90 deg. hybrid circuit 8-5 and applied to attenuators 8-3 and 8-4. The amplitude of the divided wave is controlled to the value between -a and +a, for example. Then the divided two waves are synthesized again and then a horizontal polarized wave having the value of an optional amplitude or phase within a radius (a) is obtained. An adder 9 adds the horizontal polarized wave and a vertical polarized wave. Thus the horizontal polarized wave leaked into the vertical polarized wave can be eliminated. |
