PURPOSE:To facilitate the recognition of used or unused by making geometrical marks on the unused cell parts which can be recognized from the outside and which have no electrical influence on the function of the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:The terminals B1-B6, B13-B20 of the cells A01 and A02 among the cells A01, A02 and A03 are connected to other cells and are in used. The cell A03 is unused and a geometrical mark 1 is made on it for recognition at the visual check. Thus the yield of the visual check can be improved. |
