PURPOSE:To obtain an aluminum-steel united taper piper by inserting and setting a steep taper pipe into dies for die casting then pouring under pressure a molten aluminum alloy into the dies and uniting both. CONSTITUTION:The steel taper pipe 2 is inserted and set in the dies for die casting and the molten aluminum alloy 1 are poured under pressure into the spacing between the pipe 2 and the dies so that the alloy 1 is united to the outside of the pipe 2. The die casting of the aluminum-steel united taper pipe which overcomes the disadvantage of the weak aluminum alloy of low tensile strength is thus obtd.
