PURPOSE:To suppress a spurious surface waveform without exerting a bad influence on an excitation of a surface wave, in a wide specific band width, by inclining the outermost end electrode finger of a counter electrode side of a weighted electrode, toward the counter electrode from an electrode bus bar. CONSTITUTION:An electrode finger 10 is added as shown in the figure, and inclined and formed from a bus bar 4a of a comb-tooth electrode 4. As for the electrode finger 10, an orthogonal projection in the propagating direction of a wave has a nearly equal length as Nlambda0, and an orthogonal projection in the direction vertical to the propagating direction has a nearly equal length las one inside electrode finger 7. Even in an earth side comb-tooth electrode 5 of a weighted electrode 2, an electrode finger 11 is formed additionally as shown in the figure, and constituted in the same way as the electrode finger 10. According to this constitution, a spurious response viewed from a counter electrode 3 is negated. The outermost end electrode finger 11 is also the same.
