PURPOSE:To improve the quality of brazing of Al and to reduce the cost thereof by using an aq. suspension formed by mixing aluminum hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid and potassium hydroxide to react with each other in a flux coating stage among stages for a continuous brazing method. CONSTITUTION:A flux forming stage is provided in the flux coating stage or adjacently thereto among the stages of a continuous brazing method. The Al(OH)3, HF and KOH are mixed at <=90 deg.C to react each other and the formed aq. suspension is adjusted to about 7pH. The suspension is then coated as it is to the joint part of Al to braze the Al in the flux coating stage. The improvement in the quality of the brazing of the Al and the reduction in the cost thereof in the continuous brazing method are thus made possible.
