PURPOSE:To improve the availability of winder by moving a bobbin failed of pick finding immediately from pick finding unit through feedback path to pick finding station then executing pick finding again and reducing supply of misbobbin. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin failed of pick finding is immediately returned through the stations G, H to receiving station A without delivered from the station F onto a conveyor 87 and controlled to be applied with pick finding operation again prior to the bobbin on the conveyor 87. Upon reaching of failing times of pick finding of specific bobbin to setting time, it is delivered from the station F onto the carrying path 7 without functioning a movable guide 27. Since the bobbin will circulate along a rotary board and applied with pick finding operation until mis-pick finding is repeated by setting times, success rate of pick finding is high resulting in improvement of availability of winder. |
